Strait Crossing says that, except for emergency vehicles, the Confederation Bridge will be closed to all traffic this Saturday from 10PM to Sunday at 6AM. That’s to allow the crews that have been working on the replacement of an expansion joint do the final pour and setting of the concrete. It will be the last full closure related to the expansion joint replacement. There had been a similar closure in mid-May.
