For the summer months we’ll be getting fewer COVID-19 case data updates from the province. The COVID-19 testing and case data updates have been issued every couple of weeks for the past several months, and now they will be posted on a monthly basis. Through the summer, updates will be posted on June 27th, July 25th, and August 29th.
The latest COVID-19 case data update from the province shows there were 10 confirmed cases of COVID-19 in PEI during the two-week period from May 14th through May 27th. That’s down from 26 during the previous period. Two people were admitted to hospital for treatment of COVID-19 during the two weeks.
