Charlottetown Police arrested a 39-year old Harrington woman on impaired driving charges on Thursday evening just after 7.00. A complaint about a possible impaired driver on Grafton Street came in and a Charlottetown Police dispatcher was able to locate the suspect vehicle crossing the Hillsborough Bridge on E-Watch video.
The vehicle was located in a Stratford business parking lot and the driver was arrested.
She provided breath samples and was three times over the legal limit.
The woman was later released from custody and will be appearing in Provincial Court at a later date.
