New Annan man charged in drug seizure

A 52-year-old New Annan man is facing a court date on charges of possession of methamphetamine for the purpose of trafficking.  Police seized drugs and money as part of an ongoing investigation when they searched a home in New Annan.  Officers seized about a half ounce of methamphetamine, money and drug paraphernalia.    The Summerside Police Services Major Crime Unit is assisting the Prince District Joint Forces Operations Unit in the investigation.
