Second advance poll on Tuesday for Summerside by-election

The second advance poll of the Summerside byelection in Ward 3 is set for Tuesday.  The poll’s open from 9am to 7pm at the Microtel Inn next door to Credit Union Place.  There will be another advance poll, the third and final advance poll, on Friday, and then regular voting day is next Monday.  The first advance poll held on Saturday saw about 10% of voters cast a ballot. 141 voters out of the 1,420 eligible voters in the ward cast ballots in that first advance poll.  There are seven candidates running for the vacant council seat.
