August 5th lineup announced for Rock the Boat Music Fest

The organizers of the 9th Annual Rock the Boat Music Fest are putting the finishing touches on the lineup for this summer. This year’s Rock the Boat is being held at Green Park on Saturday August 5th & Sunday August 6th. The Saturday, August 5th lineup will feature Alan Doyle, the actor, producer, best-selling author, and singer – lead singer for Newfoundland’s beloved Great Big Sea; Tim Hicks, an elite chart-topping act who made his country label debut in 2013; Campbell & Johnston, vintage blues-rock and roots music with a modern twist; and PEI country singer/songwriter Brooke Macarthur.  The Lineup for Sunday, August 6th will be announced soon.  Tickets, Campsites & Bus passes can be purchased at rocktheboatfest.com.
