A by-election is being held on May 29th in Summerside to fill the council seat for Ward 3 Summerside-North. Elections PEI says candidates can pick-up or drop-off their nomination papers at the Returning Office until 2pm Friday, May 12th. The returning office is located in the St Eleanor’s Lions Club and is open Monday through Friday from 9am to 2pm.
