Atlantic Physician registry launched

Physicians primarily practicing in Atlantic Canada can now more seamlessly obtain licenses to practice in all four provinces via the Atlantic Registry. It went into effect Monday, and officials say the Atlantic Registry makes it easier for physicians to move around within the region when opportunities arise.  For PEI, having more physicians in the region licensed to practice in the province through the Atlantic Registry should help recruit locums from within the region.
