Joint traffic stop by Summerside Police and RCMP results in arrest and seizure of drugs

A joint traffic stop on Saturday by Summerside Police and East Prince RCMP in St Eleanors PEI led to the arrest of a 28-year-old man and the seizure of drugs and guns.  Police arrested the man and seized methamphetamine, methamphetamine pills, cocaine and two firearms. Police say the 28-year old man was charged with drug and firearms offenses, and was remanded in custody until his next appearance on May 3rd in Summerside Provincial Court.
