About 1,000 people will take part in a procession this morning in the Charlottetown Industrial Park as they celebrate Vaisakhi, ( pronounced “vah-sacky”) which is a Punjab festival and Sikh holiday.
The procession will begin at 9.30 at the temple on Fourth Street and proceeding through the Industrial Park.
Streets will be closed as the procession walks past the Park intersection. Expect wait times between 9 and noon.
