Wednesday is Declaration Day – the stage in the election process when the results of the April 3rd provincial election will be finalized. Once it’s complete, then the new members of the legislature can be sworn-in and Premier Dennis King’s new cabinet can be sworn-in. King has been contemplating who should be in that cabinet, taking a number of factors into consideration such as the experience and backgrounds of his caucus members, diversity, and geographic representation. With 22 seats won by his Progressive Conservatives, King will have a deeper pool of cabinet possibilities to consider.
