NDP would bring in legislation to remove barriers for doctors from other countries

The Island New Democrats have announced that they will introduce legislation to remove barriers for entry of doctors and other health care professionals from different countries.  The NDP says that will start with countries in the Commonwealth and people who are from Canada but have studied in the United States or the Commonwealth.
