Elections PEI says the second advance poll of this election, saw over 9,300 people cast their ballot. It says about 8.8 per cent of the approximately 105-thousand registered voted in the 10 hours that the polls were open on Monday. The first advance poll on Saturday saw a busy turnout of about 13-thousand people, which accounts for 13 per cent of the electorate. So, more than 21-percent of eligible voters have now cast ballots with one more advance poll on Friday before Election Day next Monday. The polls are open from 9am to 7pm.
