A fire in a mini-home in Nine Mile Creek has left a woman homeless for the time being. She escaped uninjured. The Canadian Red Cross is assisting her with emergency lodging, clothing and food while awaiting further assistance from insurance.
The fire was reported around noon on Friday on Route 19.
