UPEI Faculty Association to hold rally Friday afternoon outside Coles Building

The UPEI Faculty Association has planned a rally for this afternoon as its strike continues.  That rally is being held in front of the Coles Building in Charlottetown next to Province House, between 4:30pm and 5:30pm.  It will be held on the Richmond Street side of the Coles Building.  The Faculty Association is encouraging all its members, students, and Islanders to join in the rally.  The strike began on Monday as the Faculty Association and UPEI’s Board of Governors have been unable to reach a collective agreement.
