Gas prices went up Friday, while it was status quo for diesel and furnace oil prices.
The Island Regulatory and Appeals Commission approved an increase of 5.0 cents per litre in the price of gasoline. That means that at the pumps, regular self-serve gasoline now costs you 161.3 to 162.5 cents per litre.
Propane price adjustments ranged from a decrease of 1.5 cents per litre to an increase of 1.1 cents per litre.
