April Delaney of DeBlois has announced her intention in seeking the PC nomination in District 27, Tignish-Palmer Road in the next provincial election. She is a lifetime resident of West Prince and works for the Public Schools Branch as an administrative assistant at Westisle High School and is actively involved in the community. She lives in DeBlois with her husband and four children. She wants to make sure her district has a strong voice in the Dennis King government. The seat in District 27 is held by Liberal Hal Perry.
